Every Kalaabee product is carefully packaged to preserve its handcrafted beauty. Here's everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Shipping Policy

At Kalaabee, every order is prepared with the same love and attention that goes into crafting our products. Since each item is handmade, please allow a short processing window before your order is dispatched.

Processing Times

  • Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.
  • Made-to-order & custom items: These require 7-14 business days for crafting before dispatch. You will receive an estimated timeline at the time of order confirmation.
  • Festive season orders: During peak periods (Diwali, Christmas, Raksha Bandhan), processing may take an additional 2-3 business days.

Delivery Timelines

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, natural calamities, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional charge of ₹49.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order status at any time by logging in to your Kalaabee account or by contacting us at kalaabee.store@gmail.com.

Packaging

Every Kalaabee product is wrapped in eco-friendly, protective packaging to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Fragile items such as wall art and crochet decor are given additional cushioning. We strive to use minimal, recyclable materials wherever possible.


Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your Kalaabee purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A clear photograph or video of the defect or damage must be shared with our team for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalised orders (monograms, name art, bespoke commissions)
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at kalaabee.store@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share return shipping instructions.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer; you may be asked to provide your bank details.
  • In case of exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
