These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kalaabee website at kalaabee.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered by Kalaabee ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site and make purchases. By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. 4. Products & Pricing

Handcrafted Nature

All Kalaabee products are handcrafted with care. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, size, and pattern are inherent and make each piece unique. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Product Descriptions & Images

We strive to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of products may vary slightly from the images on the Site due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and the handmade nature of each item.

5. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
• An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. The order is accepted only when the product is dispatched.
• We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway.
• In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines, charges, and delivery policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms an integral part of these Terms. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our return and refund policies are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. By making a purchase, you agree to the return, exchange, and refund conditions outlined therein. Custom and personalised orders are non-returnable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, designs, patterns, and software, is the property of Kalaabee or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from this Site without prior written consent
• Use our brand name, logo, or designs for commercial purposes
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on our product designs
• Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Site using automated tools
